Default Unanswered: Frustration sets in...

You know how they posted in Kinznewz that they'd fixed the refresh issue with PC users...

Well, they still haven't fixed the issue with Mac users. Safari still crashes after around 10 min. It doesn't matter which one I use... I've even downloaded Firefox and it still crashes. It's a Mac only issue... a compatibility issue. (which didn't exist until Sept. when they started having the refresh issue) It's VERY upsetting!!!! It's as if they just don't care if you have a Mac... they'll only fix the issues associated with PC users.

I'm soooo tired of not being able to play any games besides solitares!!!

So sorry you are having trouble! Why don't you call a Ganz service rep and see if they are aware and planning to do anything for you? All we can give you is sympathy...calling Ganz might at least insure that you are on their list. And, if you find out they are aware of the problem and working on it (which they may be) you might feel a whole lot better, knowing at least you are NOT being ignored!

I don't know what to tell you, I have a mac too and it does the same thing. Maybe if you only have webkinz running? I dunno.
