First of all your room looks great! I don't really have anything to add, since everybody already gave you the best advice. I was wondering if you could tell me what it is that your robin is sitting on. I love that. Also, I was thinking that the fences might eventually work, but I'm not sure. I thought so because, when you try them, it says they will only go in outdoor and treetop rooms.

Hi Ebabe,
You have a room that is very full of beautiful things! You must use the jump option to get to the room. All doorways look blocked. Can you walk through flowers?

(IGNORE: The customer service form only works if your birthday is between the first and twelveth of a month. If your birthday is between the thirteenth and thirtyfirst of a month, you must call Ganz.) CORRECTION: the stuck form asks for your birthdate in the ddmmyyyy format. This is the standard in Canada and many other countries, but not the USA.

Do look at the customer service form so you have all your details ready. I did it on Monday and a representative was able to unstuck two items in five minutes. The stuck item or items are moved to the dock.

I do not have a treetop room, however, I have had items get stuck in other rooms before. Just contact Ganz fill out the info I think it is in customer service they will fix it or at least they did for the rooms! I do not know how promptly their response will be but it will come!

I think the problem with entering birthdays is that we forget it is Canada where they enter the day first and then the month. That is why you think your birthday must be between the first and twelfth. I never thought about it because my birthday and month are both 12. But it is certainly possible to fill out the form no matter what day your birthday is

You are right Marnabear! The cutomer service format is DDMMYYYY. The numbers must be picked from a pull down menu. Can you tell I am from the USA?

Remember to enter the birthday you designated when you created you account. I usually give the first of the month.

THANKS EVERYONE for all the info, help and compliments on my Tree Top Room...

would know what to do!!!

I wrote to Customer Service and they fixed the problem in the afternoon (that
was fast)...now everything is working perfectly. Bows to Ganz tech's...

RajahDT4...that is the Exclusive pet item for the Parakeet (Special Item: Flyin' High Hideaway Chair)...she didn't want it because it only goes outside and I made her a Greenhouse
room inside with a exclusive Rose Bed.
