I had a letter stuck for months and as soon as I called Ganz the letter was gone in a couple of days. They said they are aware of the letter problem and took my information and fixed it. So I would call them.
I have had an envelope from 'Your furry friends at Webkinz' for several months now. I can sometimes open it, but it remains on the screen. I called and reported this and was told they were aware of this glitch in many accounts. They said they were working on it. It is still there in my account.
I had the same thing. Go to Customer Support and choose "Would you like to leave us a comment or suggestion" and choose "My question is not in any of the above" then write to them about everything and they'll get rid of it.
