Here is my major PROBLEM, since I had knee surgery my little cousin offered to let me play on her account and I decided to win her some trophies MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. But now the TROPHY ROOM IS FROOZEN w/ rares in it and it worked fine for several weeks and randomly when I logged into the account I got the folloing message "Container Is Full"
Now this happen after I got her the Manatee and the trophy room is not even theunderwater room but I run into the trophy room and was able to salvage some of the trophies "I have been playing all summer so I had pretty much everything but the candy 2"...... I still have there some of the rare items and atomic, 600 and googles retired trophies.
Can anyone give me an input on how to fix it bc I fell really bad about and I have no idea on how I am going to explain it to my little cousin, she has been away and not playing on her account. PS: The room was never full to capacity bc I she has more things in her yard then I did in the huge rooms that you can buy. Another thing I just remember that she had about 5 trophies among other thing in a smaller room and it worked fine for months.
I have also tried emailing them 2 weeks and nothing. Again I would appreciate any help anyone might have to offer.
Have you tried clearing your cache - that is the first thing I do wherever I start having glitches.
Go to tools, internet options, under browsing history click delete, temporary internet files, click delete and see if that helps.
I have filled the form to Unstuck/Stuck items about 4 times now in a 2 weeks period, I ussually wait about two days and do another one . I have also tried adding a new pet and it tells me that the new room is also "CONATINER IS FULL" and it takes me to the very first room she added.
You are going to have to call them. It's your only solution, really.
If you are 18+, here's the number 866-932-5469. Hit ZERO, you should get a live person. (M-F, 9am-5pm KT.) If you don't, keep trying. They have a general mailbox extension # now but I don't know what it is. If this doesn't work for you tmrw, I'll dig the extension out.
If you are not 18+, then they won't help you. If you are under 18, ask your parents to call for you.
They will ask you questions about the account to verify that you are who have a legitimate connection to the account but you should know the answers since you are family .
