Default Answered: free and easy to set up email?

Quite a while back - back when the various webkinz newz contests were limit one per email, not one per mebkinz account - someone posted a way to easily and with minimal info get email addresses for free so members could get prizes for other WI not eligeble for those contests. I have a reason to want one more email address with minimal info of my own in it.

Does anyone know a free email that requires minimal info to set up? I want to check out a sign-up-to-use site for a bit before giving them my regular email.

Thanks

mailinator. it's a one use email site. you can make up any address at @ mailinator .com and then check it at there site, you don't even need to sign up. but make sure you are not getting personal info sent there because there is no password.

Its very easy to use, and you don't have to put in your full (or real name) or any sort of address.

I'd reccomend g-mail. It's made by Google, and very trustworthy. You can have an account set up in seconds, and it's a very easy to use site. I have 4-5 email addresses on their for contest uses, and it's so easy to make more. Plus they don't ask for any info more than your name usually, so you don't need to worry about sharing personal info.

I have a Yahoo account and that is definitely easy to use. Also, G-Mail might be a good place to check out. I don't have an account there but from what I have heard, it is very easy to use.

Edit: I checked out the Mailinator website that batty42 reccomended, and I think that site would be easy to check out. The only problem is that there is no password, so a Yahoo or G-Mail account might be best for this purpose.
