Default Unanswered: Frankenkinz Hat Disappearance

I searched posts before composing this message and didn't find anything on this subject.

Our holiday items are stored in theme dressers so we know exactly where to locate them. Yesterday I searched high and low but couldn't find a single Frankenkinz hat in any of our accounts. I haven't traded or gifted any so it has to be a glitch of some sort.


Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I just went to the Halloween room where I store my Frankenkinz hat and it is still there. Hopefully you will run across yours soon!

Have you used the option to select a style of dress on pets and could they be stored under one of the different style selections on different pets in the 'DRESS' function? I know I have refused to use this option because it's too easy to forget which pet has which items on....but I thought I'd ask if you have ever used that dress option as it could be a possibility.

I checked and all of mine are just fine are showing up.

FroggyDoodle is right. If that doesn't work, try filling out the stuck item form on the Webkinz customer support page. You can just say any room and it should end up in your dock after a couple of hours if you still have it. Then if that doesn't work, call Ganz at 1-866-932-5469. I had a pair of plumpy glasses go MIA and they were able to find them quickly for me by looking them up with the item number. Good luck!

I haven't used the "dress" function.

FroggyDoodle thanks for the great advice but I've never used the "dress" function. I'm in the process of another time-consuming search. I've decided to check EVERY single storage container in every account. Wish me luck. I'll definitely need it!
