Exclamation Unanswered: flashing avatars?

I have noticed a lot of flashing bright avatars on the forums. I was wondering is there a way I can view the forums and turn off the flashing avatars. The flashes trigger my bad migraine headaches...and other people it can cause a seizure (sp?). Is there an option in my control panel to turn it off on my screen?

thanks for the help,

tribbles
