| | Unanswered: First the phones, now unable to log in at all..
About a week ago I was having trouble with the phones (as I see many others have). I wrote to customer service and they sent me this reply:
"Please make sure that all of your pop up blockers are off. If you have a router, please make sure that the HTTP port 80 is open and the FTP port 21 is open.
If this still does not fix the problem, contact your internet service provider to check that your security settings on your modem are not set too 'high'."
I cleared my cache, browser, and temp files. I reset the security. Made sure my pop-ups were off etc... (I have no idea how to check the ports). I un-installed then re-installed the flash player. Ever since I messed with the flash player (yesterday) I am able to get to the main log in screen but after I put in my name and password and hit begin playing, absolutely nothing happens. I called the customer service # this am but I am anxious to get it working before the kids get home....
What I don't understand is that everything was working fine. We did nothing to 'change' the settings etc... Then boom, nothing works! UUUggghhhh!
