Default Unanswered: Family Deluxe Option

So I know the family deluxe optiong is not returning, but we were promised a different option for those of us who have families with multiple accounts.

I spoke to someone from GANZ 2 months ago and I was told that something would be available to us "soon" but was not given a definite answer. has anyone spoken to GANZ recently about the option for multiple deluxe accounts?

My deluxe is ending this month and I am wondering if I should renew it or not. My concern is that I want to renew it now, but what if later, say in the next 2 months, GANZ does introduce the option for us. Will I be able to add accounts to my deluxe account or will I have to wait another year before I can add the others to my account.

I have that same problem. Mine is expiring at the end of this month as well. I was thinking of maybe doing the 3 month option or 6 month to try to see if they bring something better back. That way i could still get the points and the benefits but then later whether they do bring a family option back or not I could sign up for a yr at least for my main acct.

I waited and waited, too, for Ganz to come through on their promise from April, but my Family Deluxe finally expired at the end of June. Right before mine expired, I called Ganz but the customer service rep just said that the family option was retired and she didn't have any information about a new multiple user option.

I have declined buying one of the other single-user options, hoping that Ganz would bring back a family option if they were losing revenue because enough ex-family deluxers didn't re-subscribe.

I thought I was hooked on Deluxe, but the interesting thing is, after living without Deluxe for a month, I really haven't missed it at all.

I think you are right in not renewing. Ours expired a few months ago and I refuse to accept the new prices, and we will not purchase anything from the E store either. Ganz needs to know that we do enjoy the Deluxe membership, but average families can not afford those prices along with all the other Webkinz purchases we make. We have 100 Webkinz, I would think that would be enough to give us Deluxe membership for free, ya think?

I agree with the above. My family deluxe ends soon as well. I plan to NOT renew my deluxe account and I recommend that you do the same, as the other people above have done. GANZ needs to come through on their promise to give an alternative to the family deluxe.

I too have talked to GANZ and was assured that the family option will not be coming back, but I was promised a similar option. The problem is that GANZ couldn't say when it would be ready. I personally think that the "retirement" of the family option was a bad idea by GANZ. Families simply can't afford to spend sooo much money on a deluxe account for each of their kids.

I wish we could get everyone to stop buying estore and deluxe until we are given a different option for those of us with multiple accounts in one family.
