There are a lot of bad apples in the Ganz customer service department, I'm afraid. If you have the time try calling back and starting from scratch. I had what I thought was a very simple problem to fix one time, but the first two CS reps I got gave me the whole "There's nothing we can do about it. You'll just have to deal with it!" brush off. On the third day, the rep I got said "Sure, I can do that for you!" and had the problem solved in about 30 seconds. If all else fails, try asking for a supervisor. A lot of these reps seem to think that things like losing KinzCash or failing classes are not a big enough deal to bother doing anything about, but I imagine that most of those reps don't have any children of their own. If they did they would know how hard that KinzCash can be for little ones to come by!
I agree, I don't think that it was right of them at all to treat a costumer like that. I'm very sorry to hear that your account had this problem. Like Nemo said I would try asking for a supervisor, best of luck!

I am sorry that happened to your little boy...it really does stink Yes, like Nemo said-I find that climbing through the chain of command sometimes is the only way to get something accomplished..shame..they should better educate their lower level staff, so that complaints DON'T make it to management..I know I would give someone 250kc BACK into their acct just so they DIDNT want to talk to MY boss..heck-I'd give them MORE

I agree that starting over with a different customer rep would be good. I have had a case when I had to talk to three reps before I got one who fixed my problem. (The first two kept promising but nothing happened!) If you don't get any satisfaction, ask for a supervisor. Some of the customer reps are great and others. . .
