I went to enter the facebook contest, but it seems that is something is wrong with the math question on the bottom. The question is (10x10)+(14-4)/2= The answer should be 55, but it keeps telling me I am wrong. I tried to refresh to get a different problem, but I keep getting this one. Is there any way around this? Has anyone found a number that works?

This is the question (10x10)+(14-4)/2
You have to follow the rules of BEDMAS to get the answer.

B - brackets-> ( and )
E - exponents-> (small number in top right corner)
D - division-> / or ÷
M - multiplication-> * or x
A - addition-> +
S - subtraction-> -

Anything in brackets must be done first; then any exponents must be done; then and division or multiplications; and lastly, addition or subtraction.

So here is the question.
(10x10)+(14-4)/2

We have to solve the brackets from left to right. (10x10)+(14-4)/2 100+(14-4)/2

Then we do the next bracket
100+(14-4)/2
100+10/2

There are no exponents so we skip that step. We move onto any multiplication or division from left to right. Since there is only division, we'll do that.
100+10/2
100+5

Now we do any addition or subtraction that is from left to right. Since there's only addition, we'll do that. 100+5 105
