Question Unanswered: Expired Deluxe Membership

My godchildren had individual Deluxe accounts that expired on February 2. Does anyone know where the clothes that were stored on the deluxe options went? This is the five deluxe types (i.e. deluxe casual, etc.) that are available in addition to the regular five for every pet. I called Ganz customer service and the person did not know. Have these clothes been lost? Or are they returned to the dock? I can not tell since I don't know which clothes were stored on my goddaughter's pets.

I wish I could help you! That is an excellent question. I don't know but if I ever let my deluxe option run out I will now think to take the clothes off my pets first. Thanks for the warning. I really hope they got returned to the dock!!

You know that is an excellent question. This has worried me from the start. I never use that option just incase my Deluxe gets cancelled by some accident or something (never know could happen) or I forget to remove them before it expires. I suggest calling back and asking to speak to someone else. They can look up your account and see what was placed in your dock, if anything.

Hmm.. so you had a deluxe account andit expired? o rdo you have an account that expired that you used deluxe for? If it's the first one, it might just be in your dock just like the person above me said. but I hope you can ix it! (:

Thank you for the responses !!! I was tired when I sent the message. This addition is to clarify what expired.

Their mom purchased individual 6 month deluxe features for them on August 2, 2009 (according to Ganz customer service). Both of my godchildren adopted new Webkinz pets in December. That means the accounts are good for another year. What has happened is the accounts have changed from Deluxe to Regular.

If I had known that the deluxe feature was expiring, I could have removed the deluxe clothing from the pets. I do not know if the deluxe feature will be purchased again.

This is exactly why I now keep an excel spreadsheet of what every pet is wearing. A lot of my pets have all 10 clothing spots filled and some of it is very rare or e store clothing. If this happened to me I would be able to tell right away if they returned the clothes to my dock or it was gone.

Hopeful it is returned to your dock. I am curious to find out what happened, please keep us informed.
