Default Unanswered: Experiencing Technical difficulties Help!

I'm having problems with the Daily Activities. Here's the deal:
The past couple of days when ever I go todo the Gem Hunt, Bingoz and the Wheel of WOW it says I have done that activity already and I haven't! Is there some way to get in touch with the Ganz people to see if something is going on with my account? Please let me know

Just wondering if you have an Asian time zone account. The same is happening to accounts in New Zealand and Australia which are set to those times. You are not alone!!

Ganz not responding to emails sent as yet. It would be interesting to know if it was all Asian time zone accounts or just some that are having problems.

There will be some very happy people once things are fixed - they are badly missing their Gem Hunts and Daily Events...

There are a couple of other threads that have talked about these problems as well.

Fingers crossed it will be sorted quickly for you.

I have this problem with 3 ball bingo. It has not let me play since I won it 2 weeks ago. I figured it might have something to do with my adoption glitches I have on this account but I could be wrong.
