Thanks so much...I tried a few days ago and they told me I had to use the FAQ & the CUSTOMER SERVICE forms on the login page in order to serve me better! HA! None of those tabs offer any answers to my concerns. So I just sent them another letter...I am sad to say a not so friendly letter! But allot of the things that are going missing are things we won off adoption or trading cards...so even though it is virtual stuff, it really feels like I am loosing money...I paid money out to get these things and I am getting a bit upset at loosing them but more upset that GANZ keeps brushing me off!!!

With the new layout , there have been alot of glitches. I think the best thing you can do right now is contact ganz and let them know your problems. Alot of people are having the same problems so they need to see that. Hopefully, they will do another maintnance period and get this all fixed.
