Man I deleted my codes of my email and for some reason it isn't in my trash so I can't tell them my codes but I will try to find them and call Ganz thanks everyone!

We got a bunch of the dresses too, so that we could send them around to my 2nd grade daughter's friends' accounts. We got over 20 diamonds, but half of the codes were already used. that's why I kept clicking - to get enough to send around, knowing a bunch weren't working. the diamonds were flying, we just clicked back & forth between different websites, and like every 6th reload we'd see a diamond.

I'm not complaining at ALL, as we were thrilled with getting enough to share with friends, but it was still very surprising so many codes were used. if the codes were actually "used" (rather than just "bad" because of a systems glitch) then the person who used them should feel very guilty, especially if they used someone's only code.

Lashes is quite right. I phoned Ganz and they told me the same thing. They told me to send a separate email for each code. I did this, and a few days later received new codes by email.

It's not that someone entered the code before you did, it's just a programming error.

I'm wondering if they changed this because so many people were calling. I called October 30th and the CS rep asked for the codes, account name, name on account, and birthday and she put a dress in the dock. She had told me a lot of codes were sent out duplicated.

I am not sure someone else used them on purpose. When I called Ganz I asked why this was happening and they said it wasn't somebody else trying to guess the codes, that it was an error on their part.

I was pretty upset when I got my "used" code and thought very badly of some evil people trying to guess codes. I was glad to hear it was a computer error and not somebody, it made it less upsetting for me. I was able to get the dress after I called costumer service, and for a change I got a VERY nice lady, who was very helpful, unlike my previous experiences with CS. I told my daughter she can buy webkinz again, and she just got the pug.

I am so glad to hear that the "used" message was a programming error. I will call ganz tomorrow! We got a code for each of the kids and cousins and were sad to find that some of them didn't work. Thanks for this thread!
