I was just working on redoing my arcade room. I was trying to move around stuff and I thought I was on 'Edit' but I was on 'Walk' and so I clicked on my Webkinz Theater thing and I got the blue screen. I waited a couple minutes but it was still frozen so I went to a different page (Today's Activities) and went back to my room and EVERYTHING (including my bowling alley and blue lava lamp) are gone out of that room and not in my dock!! All my other rooms are fine but that one. And no one hacked my account, it just all disappeared.
That happens sometimes after you rearrange things in a room. Logging out and back in should take care of it. The first time it happened to me I had just put something into my storage room and when I went back there that was the only thing that was in there. I hope your things reappear for you soon.
I am so sorry. Does anyone know your paswword? Maybe they went invisibel, people's items have gone invisible. Clear your cache. Call ganz maybe. If you need anymore help PM Wyatt061. (i can't be PM'd, but this is a person who has helped me in the past)
Don't panic! This is a minor glitch that happens to me all the time. To get your items back, all you have to do is log out of Webkinz, clear your cache, then log back in. Your items will be in the same places you left them in.
As they said: log out; clear your cache; and log back in.

My nephew once went on his account, and everything was gone out of his rooms. However, a couple of days later, it all reappeared. It was just a glitch. If it doesn't happen after you log out and back in and clear your cache like others have said, then don't worry. It may need to reset somehow, maybe after the downtime tonight or after a day or two. It's frustrating when it happens, too.
