I completely agree about the disappointment of Fallfest... My little girl has just plain given up on it! We've sent two messages through the WW Comments on each of our accounts, but, I'll send a couple of emails, as well. Doubt that there's anyone there over the weekend to respond - so, by Monday they may be bombarded! I know that several people has already started placing phone calls to Customer Support on Friday.

I understand your frustration; however, Ganz is a business. They release more and more Webkinz and put outrageously priced items in the estore because we keep spending our money on these things. I hate to be cynical, but I guess I am: businesses are rarely altruistic because that's not their purpose. Rather, their purpose is to provide a product which will generate profits. The only way they will lower priced in the estore is if no one pays the ridiculous prices they're currently charging. In other words: they do exactly what they can get away with (kind of like my children).

Thank you for communicating with Ganz to share these frustrations and thank you for these discussions.

Well...
Ganz is being greedy, with the e-store prices and whatnot (except for the charms) but technically, how they price webkinz, well, they don't do that; the stores where you get it from, yeah, the stores price it.
Ex. I know in Tyler, TX that sells webkinz for $2, while at my local JCPenny, they sell it for $15 (though yesterday they had a sale, I got a dolphin AND a B&W Cheeky Dog for $4.27!! Though I was upset when I had realized the cheeky didn't have a code ).
So, yeah, they only price the e-store pretty much.
The thing that I'm upset about with Ganz, though, is that whenever I tried to send them an e-mail, asking if they could move my pets from my other accounts to my MimiRocks87 account, they never replied. Instead they sent something that said "Go to ******.com" or something like that.*

*- Means that all of the *'s is just a website I couldn't remember, no cuss words.

What Ganz doesn't realize, how they sell virtual pets, is that they'll make more money if they sold it for less, because more people will buy it if it's for a good, price, right??

OK, well, that's all I have to say LATER!!

I also think that when we contact them we need to request that they extend the fall fest to make up for the days that it didn't work. We can also let them know that there is another product that you can play with on line and it is 3-D. I don't have one because I was pretty happy with my Webkinz but maybe if they think that there are other products comparable to theirs that we can turn to maybe they will be more accommodating.

I agreee with everyone. This big build up of "fall" and it's a big DUD! I'm really thinking of just giving up, and selling everything. GANZ has gotten REALLY greedy. I have emailed and all I get is the "message". Thanks for reading this, I'm really upset, I get a Saturday off and Webkinz Falling Leaves is a big BUST!!!

WOW!! What a bunch of "haters"!!! This is sometihng jun we all enjoy. Yes it bugs me when I getthe Please Wait...but I log out and log back in and it goes away. I like that there are 10 or so releases each month - the goal isn't to buy every single one but give options so you can buy one or two that you really like! With the leaves, I caught two. It shoulsn't be every five seconds!! It should be random a couple times a day! If it happens a lot it isn't fun anymore!!

BEFORE I tell you my feelings..Just so that you all know PETITIONS ARE A NO-GO on this forum, They will be deleted. Now, that said

Yes, I agree, 12.50 for an online pet ONLY is a lot to pay. Think about it...you buy a pack of cards and you have a pretty good chance of getting an online pet, they only cost 3.00 (approx.) for the pet. That is a FAR cry from 12.50. I would WAY rather have the Exclusive Retriever than the other two...WAAAAYYY. So, I have to buy a bunch more cards, at least with the cards I am getting some awesome stuff! I can justify that. Also, I DON'T have a Credit Card and how many kids out there have Credit cards? The Estore is biased toward adults. Only adults have access to those pets in there. Go to the Limited Too, Justice, Hallmark...ANYONE can buy a Webkinz.
Too many disappointed kids in the last few days...to many. For a site that started out KIDS ONLY, they sure forgot who they were catering to.
