Okay I know it's not possible to transfer points from webkinz back to the eStore but is there anyway I can turn off the auto transfer? I bought deluxe membership a couple of days ago and am tempted to save up points to adopt a virtual pet (possibly a candykinz dunno yet) but I won't be able to do that if I can't turn off the auto transfer.

Please help.

You could try to click the 'Manage Account' button at the top of the page in your eStore account and see if that gives you an option to change your auto transfer.
Or, you can call the eStore. Maybe they can tell you how, or even change it for you.

I checked the manage account but there's no options in there for this. I've just emailed customer support so hopefully I'll find something out soon.

If there's no way to change it I'll just have to remember not to turn auto transfer on next time I buy a deluxe membership.

If you possibly can, I would call them and talk to them. That will probably give you better results than an email.

I don't know about this since all my purchases so far were from the Ganz eStore but you can TRY to contact Ganz and see.

I'm not bothered enough by this at the moment to do that. It was the dragon I bought deluxe for so the points are just a bonus. Guess I should have read into the auto transfer more before enabling it lol.
