That is what I read as well.
The CODE needs to be used/entered by then but the points should not expire then. They will stay in your account. Here is what the email says:
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. The eStore Points Codes expire on January 1, 2010 and must be claimed by 11:59pm ET, December 31, 2009. After this date, all unclaimed eStore Points Codes will become invalid. Offer valid only for active Deluxe Advantage members.

Mine is a single on one account. But it is the annual. I didn't see anything in the email about that. The note I posted said active Deluxe members.

I haven't received mine either.

I got my annual family account on April 1st.
I have checked all the folders (inbox, spam, etc.) but nothing from Ganz.

Only 45 minutes to go....doesn't look good for me.

This is also being covered on the main pages but just fyi for those looking here; you can call Ganz at 1-866-932-5469 and ask to be transferred to the EStore section, where they will give you your code over the phone. That's what a lot of us have done since we ended up with no e-mail.

Some are still getting their e-mail even as we speak, but I was too worried I'd miss it since I have to run out soon.

They will ask for your e-mail address and say they will send it to you, but you could just ask them to read it to you while you copy it down and they will.

It doesn't look go for me. I really wanted to get the mouse before it left the estore and those points would of help
