Exclamation Answered: Estore Help

This may be kind of complicated, so sorry if it is. My estore account is linked to my parents credit card and email. We left a t.v/phone/computer company for a new one. My parents had to change their email because of this. I haven't been to the estore for a long time, and I decided to go today. I tried logging in the with old email and it didn't work. I tried logging in with the new email and it didn't work. Frustrated, I went to the forgot my password section. I tried typing in the old email and it said there is no account with this email. I did the same with the new email and the got the same result. I tried about five different emails seeing which one it could be. None. I am deluxe for $2 every month, so this confuses me. My dad said he hasn't gotten the emails in a while. This has never been a problem before. It worked before with the new email. Sorry this is so long, but I need help. Thanks.

Since you've already tried what I was going to suggest, you may want to give Ganz a call.

For the estore, their customer service number is:
1-888-818-8770 (For within Canada and the US)
1-888-818-8768 (For outside Canada and the US)
