OK so I finally got Jelly bean seeds in estore this last Sunday and I went right to my account and entered first code got them no prob...ok so I had bought two of them Which worked out to be 1/2 of my ecoins approx: $15.00 dollars any way the second one didn't go thru AGGGH! so I tryed again 3 or 4 times now there is a block on my codes section that say I enter wrong code and I am blocked for 1 day WHAT!!!! ok so I wait for the next day MOnday still blocked. next day Tuesday still blocked!!!!! Wednesday I email on help section and it was something about one code per one item .....I KNOW THAT!!! So then i go to the customer service on main sign in and email them... giving back my code number which they ask for ... The only response is form email that they will address the prob? has anyone else had this prob> I am really upset because not only do I not get to have my seeds, nor my code number expensive I also can enter any other codes!!!!!! This just isn't right:bdog:
Problem solved it is a glich Talked with them this morning and they are working on the problem code was bad they are giving different code at this moment we are still locked out but I hope she will be entering her code soon... thanks for all the help everyone Sincerly the MOM!!!! :bdog:
I would suggest you call them instead of email them, they do not really answer much with email. Their phone number is a Sticky in this thread, look there. They might be able to help you. Also, have you tried getting all of the numbers and letters right? Try using even the uppercasing instead of lowercasing and check every letter
I had this issue a couple of months ago. For something like this, don't waste your time emailing. The MOST you will get back is an email that tells you to call and speak with someone. I know their hours are not particularly friendly with school/work hours but the best thing to do is call them. Once I called, they were able to see my codes and resolve the situation.
The ban should have been lifted after 24 hours even if the code was bad. I believe you, like me, are the victim of a glitch as well as the code error.
That happened to me before too. Insted of printing codes I wrote them down wrong. I could not read my writing and it was a 5 not and S. Another time it was an X and I wrote down Y. So if you wrote them insted of print them this might be what happend to you too?
This happened with me. It looked like it was entered right, and it didn't take it. I emailed GANZ but it turned out I didn't need to because I got a letter wrong without even noticing. So, make sure that you are entering it right. If you are 100% sure, call GANZ so they can resolve your problem.
May I also suggest that you check your email to check the code number. It is so easy to write it down wrong. That is if you wrote it down as I do sometimes to save the sheet of paper and ink it tales to print out just one or 2 codes. Hope this helps.
