Is anyone else getting an error when they attempt to send in a stuck item report? I have tried 4 times and keep getting this error message:
"YOUR ACCOUNT VERIFICATION INFORMATION DOES NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS"
At first I thought maybe I put in a secret code for my daughter or grandson's pet so I changed it to one I know is mine. I still got the error. So I tried another pet code, same thing. Four times this has happened. I know my information is correct. Any suggestions?
