She had some advice for us:
When adopting new pets, adopt one at a time, open their box, play with them a couple minutes, log out. Repeat for each new adoption.

Now, they say they are only giving out kinzcash, but they keep a detailed record of every item awarded to our accounts. I am glad they do, because she could tell that we were missing those items and awarded them to us. She also said that a different CSR might not have done the same.
