FIA also has a thread with contact info, I believe it is in the Help forum. I wish you the BEST of LUCK, but I'll warn you in advance that the last time we called, their new policy was not to replace missing items. I had even sent them a screen shot of my empty box. The CS rep told me the only thing they will replace is a PSI.
There have been some cases though, where an item has shown up in your dock days later. Supposedly this is because the Bonus Item rec'd is not in Ganz's system yet, so it doesn't show up on your account. Do try to call, you never know when their policies will change! If nothing else, I hope something wonderful shows up in your dock soon!
