The same thing just happened to me ( I wish I had come here first and read this). I ordered 6 charms and when I hit the submit order button, I got the screen that said this page could not be displayed. I went back and checked the order summary and it said the order was being processed. At the bottom of that page was a print codes button, so I clicked that and a message came up that said there were no codes associated with the order or they could not be retrieved. So I filled out the customer service form , (an e-mail and we all know how good it does e-mailing Ganz) but no reply yet. I will be on the phone to them tomorrow, I am not spending $9.00 for charms with no codes.
