I experienced the exact same problem with the same result. There is a customer service area specifically for the e-store. I filled it out and sent it, said I would receive a reply in 48 hours. I can tell you that the charge has already shown up at my bank.
My order also says processing.
I am certain it will be taken care of and I will receive my charm codes.\

I suggest you fill out the customer service message form and send it.

The same thing just happened to me ( I wish I had come here first and read this). I ordered 6 charms and when I hit the submit order button, I got the screen that said this page could not be displayed. I went back and checked the order summary and it said the order was being processed. At the bottom of that page was a print codes button, so I clicked that and a message came up that said there were no codes associated with the order or they could not be retrieved. So I filled out the customer service form , (an e-mail and we all know how good it does e-mailing Ganz) but no reply yet. I will be on the phone to them tomorrow, I am not spending $9.00 for charms with no codes.

I filled out the form. I also e-mailed them. Hopefully we'll all hear from them tomorrow. I'm just glad to know it's not just me. I wonder if they didn't have enough codes.

It happened to me too. The message I got seemed to indicate that the credit card did not process. I waited a while and tried again, and again....ugh...now I may have a small fortune in duplicate charms. I guess I need to go do some homework....

PS - Mine error happened between 8-9 pm edt

So the problem seems to be from people ordering charm codes? Did this happen to anyone who didn't order a charm and ordered something else?

If you fill out that form for the estore they have special people that will contact you...
do not repurchase I repurchased over a similar problem once and ended up with the extra codes they will issue your codes to you but if you buy again you will not get the money just duplicate items. P.S. The people are really fast and terrific in that area you should hear back right away tomorrow
