Ok, I really messed up and need help.
We had been saving money for a while to buy the deluxe membership annual family so I noticed everything was now in points so I purchased 60,000 points to get membership and wooly mamoth so i went to add it to the cart and it says please enter credit card and i started freaking out because i am not spending 45 more dollars when i just spent 65 dollars on points ill probably never fully use!
Somebody please help i dont know what to do i called the e-store but the supervisor wasnt there and the people acted like i was an *****!

Hi Softybones, I did they exact same thing back when I went to purchase our Deluxe Family plan. I just wrote it off to not thinking it through and used the extra points for goodies. I took a hit because I really couldn't afford it, but what can you do. I'm sure if you speak to someone at the e-store they will reverse out your purchase and allow you to buy the plan, which is only by CC I'm afraid. Good luck and keep us posted on how you make out! CJ

Yikes! I am sure this will get worked out, but-did you check your email to see if you got a confirmation email about the purchase? Maybe your purchase didn't go through & your credit card did not get charged?

Alright-I just reread your situation again-are you saying that you bought the points BEFORE you tried to get the membership, hoping to use the points to buy the membership? I think membership can only be purchased with the credit card-not the points?
Either way-just call back when a manager is back in the office-I think they should be able to help you. Good luck!

Hmm, I'm not completely sure, but I don't think the membership can be bought with points. I believe you have to pay for it with a credit card.

The email from them is automated, & they won't respond to it...you do have the phone number for them, correct? This is something that only a phone call will fix..chin up, & sorry that happened to you

I have never disputed a credit card purchase before, but-couldn't you cancel the credit card transaction? I dunno?
OH, & yes-please do let us know what happens, since I think it will be a learning tip for all of us...sorry you had to be the "guinea pig" so to speak
