I found if you call ganz you get a better responce. The people who send back those emails are evaluated by how many responces they complete in a day not if they are right or not. Did you need the number? 1-800-724-5902 I worked with the email system for months. Got all my problems fixed in 1 phone call after I called. Because I didn't know about the phone number in the beginning, we lost a trading card book and our first 4 packs of trading cards. They said I should have not waited so long about the lost trading cards/book. I told them about the emails for weeks/months and they said sorry cant help too long ago.
Here's the latest with the e-store disaster of lots of people not getting half of their codes. My last email from ganz:
"The $13.00 dollar charge you currently see on your credit card is a "PRE-AUTHORIZATION", what that means is that your credit card has "pre-authorized" Ganz to capture $5.50 dollars and give you all your codes. However what happened, due to a technical error, was that we only captured funds for 2 codes, thus only charging your credit card$5.50. Once our records are relayed to your credit card company and they figure out that the pre-authorization is different from the actual capture of funds they will reverse the charges on your statement.
We hope this clears everything up.

So this means that no one will be getting any of the codes that didn't show up. You will have to go back to the store and reorder whatever they didn't give you. And make sure you watch your credit card! I still don't trust that they will adjust the charge. Also I'm sorry to say that probably means that you will not be able to stick those charms back into your "shopping cart" since it's no longer Saturday. I was lucky enough to get the code for my charm, just not the bed that's always available.Hope this helps everyone that had this happen to them!
