Default Unanswered: E-Store HELP! UPDATE!!!

I just ordered 4 charms from the e-store and I only got codes for 2 of them... When I look at my order history it shows all 4 in my order but only shows codes for 2 of them on that page too! Does it take awhile for them to send you all the codes or should I contact customer service right away? Thanks in advance to anyone with advice...

Update on page 3!!!

It did the same for me! I only go the chihuaha and elephant code so far. If you look on the order history, the other two say processing. I wonder if they just take a bit to show up? I'm going to wait it out a bit and see what happens before I get too worried.

Same here! I ordered 3 items and only got codes for the cheapest items I bought NO code for the night and day bed. I've already sent an email to them.

Thanks for the fast replies! You are right MyFourBoys it does say processing on the order history page... I guess I will leave it while I go away for the day and if I don't have the codes when I get home I will contact customer service...

I'm sure they have a phone number, but I don't think anyone answers it. You have to leave a message and they call ya back. Or at least thats what I had to do in January. I just ordered the wolf on Wednesday and that worked. It almost seems like they have a problem giving out more then 2 codes per order...

I bought all the charms and all the new items that was just added. I haven't checked my email but I always keep a notebook close by so that I can write down each code and out beside the code I put which item the code belongs to. It would be easier to print them out but my printer isn't working at the moment.

I guess if you are like me and can't print them out, It may be a good idea to just write them down just in case you don't get them all in the email sent to you. We all know how Ganz is when it comes to glitches and writing them down will keep you from having to play phone tag with Customer Service.


Oh, I forgot to mention that once you pay for your items, Near the bottom of the page you will see a button that will say "Print Codes" click on it and it will then give you a detailed list of your items and the codes that go with them. Just in case you didn't know you could do that. I hope this helps.

I bought two sets of charms, the tree, the night/day bed, the forest, and the fountain and had no problems other than the code didn't all print. But my purchasing history showed all the codes - I didn't get the "still processing" thing.

Oh, and my confirmation email also had all the codes. Did you check your email yet?

Same thing happened to me and I only received the elephant and black lab codes. I have already sent an email through their customer service link which says it could take 48 hours for a response and they reserve the right to take longer if they are getting a lot of requests. Seems to be today there will be a lot! LOL!
