Default Unanswered: This is a doozy!

I am pretty sure this is a WebKinz server problem. I am not quite sure how I can contact them and get them to fix it. I read the thread about the email and phone number. I called the phone number and the message said it would not be taking messages, but then let me leave one, so I don't know if I am going to get help or not.

First,

I was trying to get the $10000 for the rare item today. I have several "tags" only from a shop here in town that had an electrical fire, so they claimed the pets to the insurance company but let us have the tags. I adopted 4 pets. I didn't get rooms for any of them. I got a bonus gift for each, I guess because they were my 11-14th adoption. One was a rock garden, which is in my dock. The other 3 were $1000 in KinzCash that did not get credited.

Second,

I was trying to do the same for my daugther. I logged in one of the fire tags and it said it was used...which it couldn't have been. So I tried a second one. It said that there were problems with the server and to try again later. I did and it said that code was already used. By the time I sold enough stuff in her dock to get her $10000, the clock hit 2:00 pm. All I needed was another 10 seconds!!!!!

Third,

One of the pets I adopted was a new WebKinz Care pet and when I tried to put my code in the code shop, it told me my code had been used.

SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!

After a certain amount of adoptions you no longer get a new room with the new pets-as for the rest, I wish I could be more helpful but I'm stumped!

For the $1000 that wasn't credited, you should have received a gold coin in your dock worth $1000, then once you sell it to the WShop you get your Kinzcash credited to your account. I don't know what to tell you about the used codes, I've never had that trouble, but I do know that Ganz can trace codes and tell when and where they were used.

it's true what the others say about 1000 once you have so many the give you token and then prizes worth that much. the only thing i say about the other is that ganz normally will respond back. my mom ( my kids grandmom) has call it before.

the only thing i can think may happened if it isn't on ganz end. is maybe one of the employees at the store took the codes sometime and that's why it said its used. i'd say it was a scam if you had to pay for the tags but you didn't so that probably.

i hope ganz can help solve the mystery and everything turns out.

One, you won't be able to get called back PROBABLY because you can fix those problems and they do have solutions.

They don't give you rooms after your 10 pet. The 1000 coins you have to SELL them and that's how you get credited.

Some people do go to the adoption center sometimes and just GUESS codes to possibly get pets. That's the only thing I can think of.

On Ganz's Main Page, under CUSTOMER SERICE, there is HELP section there, if your new code doesn't register. I would suggest checking out their advice there. There is a form for you to fill out, like when some item gets stuck in a room.

FOR MISSING, LOST, OR STOLEN CODES, this is what they state:

The Webkinz tag and the Secret Code it contains is a valuable part of the Webkinz pet product. Each Webkinz pet comes with its own unique Secret Code and is contained in the tag that is securely attached to every pet when it is shipped to the original retailer.

Just as we cannot replace a lost Webkinz pet, we are unable to replace a lost Webkinz tag and the Secret Code that comes with it.

I can't believe it!!! Ganz called in less than 24 hours!!! I, of course, missed the call, but they gave me a service code. After all of your advice, the only problem I have remaining is the fact that the tags are either "already used", which they are not or it tells me there is something wrong with their server and to try back later. This happened on the day it was telling everyone "Please wait" forever. Plus, one of my new WebKinz Cares tags has been "used" also.

I'll post again after I talk to them.

Oh and about the customer service form...I kept trying to use it, but it kept telling me that the account information I entered was not valid. I didn't realize that they wanted one of my "good" pet codes instead of the one that wasn't working.

Sounds like you need to call Ganz here is the Telephone # 1-866-932-5469 keep pushing the 0 and eventually an operator will answer. I had a BIG problem I started a new account and never got any items that came with my pet, I mean nothing. I kept calling for 4 days and finally got in touch with someone. Good Luck on your problem.
