Could be Flash needs to be upgraded or else try a different browser; there is one of my browsers that says that repeatedly and I did upgrade the flash but sometimes the site just doens't want to cooperate. There is Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape {no support, AOL discontinued that}, Opera, Google Chrome, Flock, Avant, K-Meleon, Orca and a few others out there {for Windows} including even Safari {was only Mac} for Windows now.

Yes, like KeyLargo said, I'd suggest that you either upgrade your Flash, or you can switch to a different browser. I recommend Mozilla Firefox.

i had that problem a while back. check your adobe flashplayer and see if it has auto updates and if it doesn't see if you can select to get them. then when there is an update it will automatically do it.
i tried to actually update flash on my own and messed everything up and then couldn't get into
ww at all, as it kept saying i need flash...
so i went in and downloaded java and since then i haven't had any issues with that flash player prompt... and i get automatic updates.

good luck as i know that flash prompt can be annoying

I keep getting this message too, but only on one account. The others are fine. I've upgraded, updated and used different browsers and it doesn't help. Any ideas out there please?

Sounds like it is on the account {site} side {as usual}. Since only one of my accounts does this, on that browser yet none of the others do I always assume it's the site -- because that account has had problem {NOT 'glitch} after problem, and they have refused to do anything. You would think a reset every night would do something to it but it never has. I would say contact the site but that has never been of any help to me either, although it's something you may want to consider. I have written them at least 2 dozen times, probably more, about different issues with this account -- I have been answered ONCE {after at least a dozen attempts to get answer} with junk response that didn't even address the problem, insulted me, and didn't fix anything. There is a number on here in the please help forum {I think} where you can CALL them; that may be more helpful, so I hear {haven't tried that yet, waiting to get that long list written down in case I get to talk to someone}.

I find that Clearing my internet History and starting fresh seems to stop it from showing up. Try that and see
