Hi, Pubob03 is almost right - excel extensions are .xls
Make sure you go to the advanced post formatwhen replying or starting a thread, then click the little paperclip icon (attachments when you float over it with your cursor). A new pop-up will appear. In the upload file section, search for the file you want to upload on your pc. Once you find it, click ok, and then the upload button. Once it has completed uploading, you can close the pop-up or add more files.
Notice at the top that you can see how much space you have left to attach file. I attached a sample file just so you can see what they look like.
Hope this helps!

I am pretty sure that you can add any file you like, as long as you make sure it doesn't exceed the space permitted of total attachments. If I am not mistaken, you could even post word or power point. Personally, I always use paint, because it is fast and easy.
If you are wondering how to post things, then it is simple. What I usually do is post something in the space that I want the picture and then I go to modify. After I go to modify, I simply click "Go Advanced" and then I scroll to "Manage Attachments" and then you probably know where to go from there.
I really hope I helped and if you need anything else you can PM me, or post on my profile! Good Luck!
you can format it to post as a picture, i believe that the extension for the file is .xls if i am not mistaking. thenyou can browse and do it like a regular picture! i hope i helped! please pm me if you have any more questions
HI! I've followed the instructions that Jennifer36 gave you and attached my recipe file to a post a couple of times, to share with others. It works just fine. You are really directing WI to go to your computer, upload your file here as an attachment. So you need to know where on your computer you have stored the file. I think you can scroll through the attachment manager to find it on your computer.
OK so I have figured out that I can upload an xls file. However mine are too large for the limits. I would really like to share these spread sheets any suggestions as to what would be a good way to do this?
