Do you mean the bonus gift box you get, after having already adopted 10 pets? (instead of getting another room, you get the bonus gift box).
I'm not sure if Ganz will replace any item not received. Sorry. You could try contacting them to explain and see what happens.
Back whenever Smoothie Moves was having issues, i got to level 19 and wasn't awarded kc.... I called and told the rep (among other things I had troubles with)... I didn't expect to receive that kc, I just wanted to let them know...
Well she told me that since I had no "claims" on my account within the last 3 months, that she could put in to have Kinzcash awarded to me.. Then she said that if I had any future "issues" that they might not award anything if it is under about 3 months.
I guess people claimed a LOT that they didn't receive things just to get more of something.. Unfair to us that actually don't receive things...
But I guess the only thing you can do is call and hope for a very nice person on the phone....
Two times I have recieved the blue box and than the window was empty once opened.I never recieved anything, but I did not have GANZ phone number at the time or I would have called.
I would 1st try calling and seeing what their policy is.
And I would also complian in the comments section, very nicely though.
Do this a few times and the way they ended up making it up to me was in future blue boxes. In my following 3-4 adoptions I recieved very rare items. Like ittems from the medieval and anctient civilation themes. I recieved the Ancient floors before the curio shop had put them out!
Again I wouldtry GANZ 1st,but if this fails I would try the contact us section. I hope this helps and I am sorry you didn't get it. It is very dissapionting when you don't get what you are supposed to. I know from experience.
thank you everyone. very good suggestions. i had thought they would not do anything but i guess maybe if you dont cliaim things all the time then its better and i can call and ask what they policy is. nicely of course..................... thanks again all.
That's right, WW sponsers are kind of irresponsible when you call them for help and you tell them your issue, they just say "we will improve the net" or something and skip you over and hang up on you, at least that's what the sponsers did to me so unfair
I have failed to get bonus items with adoptions before and was told by Ganz there was nothing that they could do. On the other hand, sometimes other people get them replaced. I think it really depends on the customer service rep and the latest policy, which seems to change with the wind! But it sounds like the customer serice is improving, so it would surely be worth a try to ask for a replacement. Best of luck.
