Hi Timblin~

okay..lets see if Im registering this correctly..and when you say "moving" pic..Im assuming you mean an "animated" pic correct?

So the scenario:
you find an animated image on a website..you want to use this "animated" image on this site.

to do this..you dont need to bother saving it on paint, as long as the image is on your computer you can upload it on this site without using paint.

STEP 1 - right click on the image and choose "save picture as" (this pops up directories on your computer..and the location where you can specify where to save the image) TAKE NOTE where you save your image.

STEP 2 - you are now ready to post your pic on this website..

--if you are wanting to use the image as your avatar or in your siggy..be sure from their designated screeens to use the "option 2 - upload image from your computer" this is when you want to remember the specific location you saved your image at..select it to open.

--if wanting to use the image to put in a post or thread...under the text box..click on "go advanced" you will then be given more options towards the bottom click on "manage attachments" from here under "upload file from your computer", browse and select your image again where you saved it..then click "upload".

Please note if after uploading an image from your computer and it tells you the file size is too big..you will then need to either crop down or resize the file in a graphic program. This can be very tricky and Im no pro at this part, so dont ask me to help here..LOL Because sometimes when you downsize the file..it distorts the image itself. I also do know if you try to alter an animated photo and you save the changes, it will no longer stay animated. Images are animated through special graphic programs with a "make animated" feature...so again, if you alter an original image that is animated..then save it as your own..it will then no longer be animated.

alrighty, I HOPE I understood your question and all that crazy babble above was beneficial for you..or maybe someone..LOL! I havent had a chance to be online much today so I guess Im making up for it here

great link for fun icons and avies: http://www.iconator.com

good luck!
