Default Unanswered: Display problem with Netbook!

Hi Folks! Newbee here! I got a new netbook for Christmas, and am hoping to use it with Webkinz.

Only problem is, once I log on, I can only see part of the screen. AND, there is no slider on the side of the window to move down to the important parts below.

Any idea how I can access the bottom parts of these windows? I have tried Page Down, Screen Resolution Settings, etc. There must be a way to scroll down on a netbook!

I got this netbook to enjoy Webkinz World! Please Help!

Thanks!

Hi welcome to WI! Everyone here is really great. I hope you have fun.

I don't have one but my mother in law got a pink one and my DH is huge tech geek and he wanted me to have one. (I want a regular pink laptop) Anyway, I tried Webkinz out on hers and I could not get a full screen on Webkinz and then I could not do anything because I could not see the bottom of the site. I tried to fix it but I couldn't. So I decided not to get one. This question has been posted a few times, but I have not seen a fix for this. There are a few techies on here though, hopefully they will have an answer.

Hello Flowerpwer and Welcome to WebkinzInsider!

Do you know where the notebook came from? I think the best way to solve your problem is to take the notebook to the store where it was purchased and ask for some technical help. I have a notebook, and scrolling is different for me than it would be for you, since I customized my settings for scrolling. A technician or specialist should be able to help.

Good luck, and if you find out how to do it, please come back and post the answer!
