| | Unanswered: Didn't receive my items?
I was doing a trade. When we both sent, I went to my room. Iit said Loading, but it was frozen. I opened my mail anyways. I clicked on the box, but nothing happened. I saw that it was frozen, so I clicked F5 (refresh). When I logged back on, there wasn't an envelope there nor were my items in my dock. Is there any way to fix this problem other than contacting Ganz? Thank you!
