Angry Unanswered: Didn't get my trade

I was in the kinzchat trading for my daughter, and I was trading two items for another two items. I thought our end was a little heavy, but my daughter really wanted one of them, so I went ahead with it. I'm sure I did it right and both items were there when I accepted the trade. The items on our end disappeared, but only one of the other person's items showed up in her dock, not the big one! So my daughter's special item just disappeared! I feel just sick about it.

Is this a common problem?! I've seen people here saying they don't trust the kinzchat trading rooms. Is this why?

If I'm not mistaken, then either Webkinz acted up, or you got scammed.

I am SO sorry that happened to you!!!! People can be so selfish. It's horrible.

Try logging in and out, and if that doesnt work, try contacting Ganz.

Aw, I'm sorry about that.

It may be a glitch, but try logging back in or try re-looking through the "furniture" very carefully part of the dock.

try logging out but have a good look before you do. you might have not spotted it. Call GANZ if you have tryed both things

Thanks so much for the responses. I did log out and back in immediately hoping that would fix it, but it didn't work. She has very few items in the dock right now, and it's still not there when I look through it slowly, but thanks for that idea.

Will Ganz really care if I call? I assume I'll have to wait until business hours on Monday, but it's worth a try.

I thought about the possibility that I got scammed, but my daughter is 13, and she and I are both certain we saw it there both when I clicked "ready to trade" and when I clicked "accept". I guess it's still possible that we didn't see the trader swipe it away at the last minute, because we weren't expecting him/her to do that and we saw what we expected to see. I don't think so, but...

Well, if I made a mistake, I apologize, but I believe the rule involves trades on WI, not discussing glitches in WW kinzchat. Please correct me if I'm wrong because I wouldn't purposely break a rule.

I'm so sorry about that. Try calling or emailing webkinz. Or go to costmer support. I'll see if I can find something...
