I guess I have to learn to not be so impatient. I just logged in and all three of my accounts did receive their gift boxes.
Sorry for sounding the alarm! I had the hardest time deciding whether to go Deluxe or not, and I was starting to think, "Great. Another bunch of glitches to deal with."
On the down side, I also just checked my eStore account, and I still have not received my monthly points (I did sign up for the yearly Deluxe membership).
On one of my accounts, the third gift was a really pretty pink party dress that I like almost as much as the prom dress. It's on my son's account; I really wish Ganz would let us gift or trade these things. My son will be rolling his eyes when he sees the dresses on his dock.
Thanks again to everyone for the support. Not that I'm glad that other poeple are having troubles, I just feel better that I'm not the only one experiencing difficulties. I guess I figure the odds of the situation being addressed by Ganz increase with a greater number of people having the problem.
Enjoy your prom dress. It does really look nice on the pink pony.:ppony:
