If you email Ganz, they will get back to you. They will send you a form to fill out to send to their support team. Yes, it takes a long time, but if it's for something that you want, then it's worth waiting for. You just need to be patient. I'm sure we've all learned to be more patient with all the glitches that happen in WW.
