If you email Ganz, they will get back to you. They will send you a form to fill out to send to their support team. Yes, it takes a long time, but if it's for something that you want, then it's worth waiting for. You just need to be patient. I'm sure we've all learned to be more patient with all the glitches that happen in WW.

you may also want to double-check your dock. I've opened my adoption gifts before and it only shows the food and the pet specific item on the screen, but actually deposited the exclusive in my dock without telling me about it...this has happened to me several times.

This happened to myself and my granddaughter. I got the e-mail from them with the service code to call and they got mine straightened out.

However, my poor granddaughter hasn't yet. She is very disappointed. Makes you afraid to adopt any more pets.

FYI, it's better to call Ganz someone will eventually call you back. The new problem is that as of Monday the 17th the will NOT give you an exclusive item. They will give you 2000kc instead because they said people were using the "missing exclusive" problem as an excuse to get a new exclusive. I have e-mailed several times and gotten no response except for a "form" e-mail back. When I have called, I have always gotten a response. There are several other threads out there regarding this problem.

Try calling its the most effective way! There are 2 ganz # to call from one is automated and one is not.
