Default Unanswered: Did Not Receive Exclusive Item

I adopted another pet on March 16 and did not receive an exclusive item with it. (I got their special item and food). It is very frustrating to contact customer support when you can't tell them exactly what you did not get (because they have multiple choices only). How do I let them know I did not receive an exclusive item.? I did complain on the customer suggestions but I am sure that will do no good. Please give me any ideas. Thanks.

This has happened to us 4-5 times. Contact Ganz by email or phone - phone is usually quicker to get a response. Eventually you should be emailed a form to fill out and return. You will still not be able to itemize what you are missing however - the form is pretty useless. However, after you send in the form, you will receive an automatic response email saying that if your problem is not resolved within two business days, to email a tech address that they give you detailing exactly what your problem is and that they will handle it. Eventually they will call you on the phone and sort out the problem. The process is so long and convoluted that I didn't bother calling them the last three exclusives we have missed. We just growl quietly to ourselves at Ganz and move on.

Thats so sad, I am now only missing two exclusives, and I guess I wont bother trying to get them back.

me to I hope you get an item from Ganz sometimes I don't get an exclusive item I just deal with it

This happened to me a few times in the past.

The quickest way to get this fixed is to call Ganz and talk to a customer service rep. They can usually fix the problem right on the spot - and they usually ask you which exclusive you would like (you get to pick).

Well I adopted the POTM on 3/1 and got the blue box in my dock...you know the extra one. I got my POTM stuff then opened it and nothing but stars. The pet food showed up but no exclusive. I emailed them about and no response so I wrote about it last night and got the # for ganz called just awile ago and Left a Mess. hopefully I will get this straightened out as well as you. I adopted another POTM pig a few days later and got the food, 1000KC coin, and an exclusive in that box...no fair

How can I contact them by phone when everything is automated and they won't let you speak to anyone. If I contact them by email it is always just there pre-made-up questions. It is extremely difficult to try and speak with anyone. Please advise. Thanks.
