Recently on the front page here at W.I. I took down a number for Webkinz (because everyone was having a problem with the Halloween Gift on the Asian accounts). Well, I played the seal game and guessed the number of boats correctly, but did not receive the clothing prize, so I wanted to call Webkinz this morning to let them know. I called the 1-866-Webkinz number & I got a recording that told me to stay on the line & for $4.99 I would be given the correct number to actually call. I thought I MUST have gotten the wrong number, hung up, and redialed. Sure enough I got the same recording offering me the number to dial for $4.99! I again hung up immediately. Why would I have to pay $4.99 for customer service for an item I am owed?! Since I hung up immediately both times I better NOT have $10. tacked to my phone bill! Anyone else call this number and experience this?

Hmm, that's weird. That is the correct number. Make sure that last 'z' is a 9. It should be a free call.

Hmm, that's weird. That is the correct number. Make sure that last 'z' is a 9. It should be a free call.

wow I have called Ganz many times and have never had that message come up. I would call my phone provider to make sure I was not charged if it was me.
