I have a quick question about the yearly renewal gift for Deluxe Accounts. My family renewed our membership right at the end of April since our account expires May 2. We got the Deluxe Dragon code as well because it was during the promotion for it. At the time we never received our yearly renewal gift (is it a "Drop Zone" ride this year or something like that) but figured it was because the current membership needed to run out before the new one became active.
We just received the WK mail saying that our Deluxe account expired. However our account still has Deluxe status so it seems the renewal has already kicked in. However, we did not receive the yearly renewal gift.
Anyone know when it shows up? I'm wondering if because last year's membership and this year's membership didn't have a clean cut between then, GANZ will just forget about giving us our gift.
It is deposited directly into your dock. It is not there you should call ganz. If they extra accounts are add on for the $5 price, they will not receive the Drop Zone Ride. Only the first account will receive the Drop Zone Ride.
