Last night I purchased a deluxe family membership. We opened two of the 5 gift boxes & both received the October clothing gift of the Halloween Headpiece instead of the Elegant Victorian Gown for December. Has anyone else had this problem? I already made a glitch report.

No, I just purchased an extra deluxe account (3 month package) and activated it this week, and got the Victorian dress, so that's weird you got the pumpkin hat. I would call Ganz and talk to them directly about it... It seems like an easy fix for them. Good luck to you!

NO - I just purchased 2 three month individual accounts - and got the dress.

You will want to go the the main page and get to customer service.

the estore has a customer service form for CODES that do not work or problems with an order... you might want to try that.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I added a family membership, 5 accounts, they all received the October clothing item. I am going to call Ganz today to see if they will correct the clothing item.

Thanks All, I need to gather up the correct account info so I can call them. I know one was on Mom's account but I'm not sure which of my accounts I opened it on so until I get home I can't get the details. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday to call.
