Default Answered: Deluxe Membership Sign-up

My mom & I are trying to sign up for a Deluxe membership for my Webkinz account, but it won't take her payment information. It keeps saying, "There was a problem processing your order. Click the 'Go Back' button to review your payment information." We've been repeating the payment info about 5 times now. We're positive it's correct. Does anybody know what could be wrong with this?

Hmm... that's weird! If you're absolutely sure it's correct, double check again and then make a phone call over to Ganz. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.

Hmm... that's weird! If you're absolutely sure it's correct, double check again and then make a phone call over to Ganz. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.

It happened to me several times...check again as it is case sensitive I think...or the date of expiration is not put in as they want....that is what happened to me...

The expiry date was correct, & I'm pretty sure we did capitalization correctly.
