Question Unanswered: Deluxe Member but no option on Today's Activities

About a month ago I purchased the Annual Deluxe Membership but when I go to Today's Activities page and click on the Deluxe tab I am unable to click on any of the activities for that time. Am I missing something?

Hmm, that doesn't sound right. If I were you, I would call Ganz. They should be able to fix this for you. Their number is 1-866-WEBKINZ. You have to be 18, or have someone who is an adult call. Their hours are 9-5 Eastern standard time, Monday through Friday.

your form of payment might take a long time to activate, or ganz was activating deluxe and you signed on, so it messed it up.

I think pikachu might be right. Or you could go with desty's idea. I'd call Ganz personally if it were me. Or you could wait a little longer, but I'm not exactly sure why that is happening.

You could try logging out and logging back in. But I'm sure you've tried that. You could see if you have any other deluxe qualities. If you do then definately call Ganz. Can you change the sahpe of your phone?? Or can you change the color of your dock?? Those are Deluxe options. If don't have those, then wait a little bit longer. You might have to wait to see if Ganz can get caught up.

I signed up around May 2nd of this year. Should it take that long?
I did call Ganz this past Thursday and the CSR could see the Deluxe "arrows" under the Deluxe tab. She asked me to clear my cache again which I did and poof when I logged back on there they were. But guess what now it's Saturday and they are gone again-ugh-what gives?!

Looks like I'll have to call Ganz again on Tuesday. At this point I think they should add an additional month to my membership. I mean I have only enjoyed a portion of the "deluxe" treatment.

I was thinking of grabbing a deluxe membership today ... now I'm shying away reading this thread. How did you pay? I was going to pay via credit card and figured it would be an instant activation. I've never had a membership - does it work differently somehow?

Hmm... this doesn't sound right. Maybe try logging out and back in, or clearing your cache... or Ganz was activating your membership when you signed on... but my best idea is that the form of payment might take a long time to activate. (credit to pikachu! )

Or, you can just call Ganz. That's one of the easiest ideas, though, so I would just do that. They've probably been getting a lot of calls lately, I bet because of all the glitches. But, their number is 1-866-WEBKINZ. I memorized it just in case. xD Sorry this has happened, though.

I agree that with everyone else that really doesn't sound right. I renewed my account this year and I had no problems from the beginning...Maybe that's because it was a renewal though. Hmm, I would definitely call them. There might have been a glitch and when webkinz did it's nightly refresh it may have converted you back to the previous state of non deluxe or something....
