| | Unanswered: Deluxe account up to date - Ganz says it's expiring!
Has anyone else had this problem?
I started receiving notices a couple of months ago that my Deluxe account was about to expire, so I renewed it approximately when I thought the actual date of expiration. (I didn't want overlap, if that was even possible.) Now, a month later, I am receiving notices again that my Deluxe account will expire.
Should I be concerned? (I do have proof in an email from the Ganz estore that I purchased a new 12month membership.)
Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.
