Question Unanswered: Deluxe account up to date - Ganz says it's expiring!

Has anyone else had this problem?

I started receiving notices a couple of months ago that my Deluxe account was about to expire, so I renewed it approximately when I thought the actual date of expiration. (I didn't want overlap, if that was even possible.) Now, a month later, I am receiving notices again that my Deluxe account will expire.

Should I be concerned? (I do have proof in an email from the Ganz estore that I purchased a new 12month membership.)

Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

It isn't happening to me, but I'm not deluxe

I would just contact Ganz and show them your receipt? I don't really know--I don't have deluxe. Sorry that's happening!

It is possible to overlap subscriptions. The original subscriptions they offered were not technically renewable and in fact they just had you buy a new subscription when your old one expired. I believe this changed in April when they redid the subscriptions and added the auto renewal feature. So if your first membership was purchased prior to mid April 2010 it can overlap with your new one.

My guess is your first membership is just now officially expiring and that is what they are sending you letters about. But if you are in a position to call them it wouldn't hurt to be sure...

You can also check your purchases in the Ganz eStore by going to the manage account button and then go to order history. It will show you when you originally purchased the membership and then when you purchased the new membership.

I renewed mine in February and my original account did not expire until April. I received two deluxe gifts until the original membership expired and also got double the eStore points. (I also received the expiration notices for my original account. It really is not a renewal it is another purchase.)

If you still have problems, there is a contact number for the eStore on the website.
