I have noticed that many people in WI have a decoratin on their profile. What I am wondering is how they are able to do that? Do you have to be at a certian level? If you could please help, that would be great! Thanks!
If you go to the User CP option at the top left right under HOME you can pull this menu down and select User Control Panel home. There you will see an option "Edit Profile Picture". This is where you can add a picture to your profile. Using option 1 you can upload an image from your desktop.
This is how I add a custom background to my profile page:
First make sure the image you like is in a PROFILE album. Pictures used for your Profile background must be in a PROFILE album.
Double click your desired image. When it opens go to the text under Picture URL. Do a Control "A" (Select all) then Control "C" (Copy).
Go back to your User "profile" page. Double click "Customize Profile". In the very first section you will see background image. Do a Control "A" (Select all) then Control "V" (Paste). Select the Repeat function that works for your image. This is also where you can customize the colours you would like your profile to be.
Click the save right underneath it.
Go to the very bottom and click "Save Changes".
Make sure you save it in both of these places.
Go back to your user profile and your new image should be there. You may have to play around with the repeat to make it work best for you.
Hopefully this will help!

You have to make a profile album, with the picture you want to be the background. And you don't need to be at a certain level. It's open to everyone!!
Go to the top left, and click your username. That should bring you to your profile. Under your friends list, there should be an albums box, on the right. Click Make New Album. Type in the title of what the pictures are, and the description. Make sure, at the bottom, that you have the choice Profile Album. It is the last choice on the list. Then click Submit. It should then bring you to a page that says Click Here To Upload Pictures. Click that. You can upload only three pictures at a time, so don't worry. Then when you have uploaded all the pictures, put in the description of them, once you click Upload.
Here is how to put them as your background.
Click your username again. Then, in the top box, where it says Send Message, it should say Customize Profile, and click on that. That should bring you to a place with a lot of empty boxes. The first box that says Main, is the background. Put in all of your colors that you want. When you get to the part that says Background Image, click the little landscape picture (below).
Then a box on the right should pop up, with the pictures of your profile album in it. Choose the one you want. If the picture you want is in a profile album, but not in that one, then it might be in a different album. So, on the top of the box that popped up, there should be the name of the album you are in now. Click that, and it gives you the names of your albums. Choose the album the picture yopu want is in, and click the picture. Then click Save. If you want to see the Preview, I would suggest NOT to click Preview. That sounds weird, but the preview is really small, and you can't see everything. So, to see it, click your username. That is what it looks like. If you want to change it, you can, using the same steps.
Here is how to put a Profile Picture. These are different from the Profile Backgrounds. They are only one picture, and are on top, right next to your username.
Go to the top left, and click the arrow pointing down, next to User CP. Click Edit Profile Picture. You click Browse, and choose your image. Then click Open. It will put the code into the box, so all you have to do is click Upload. And save. There you go!!
