Not using a Mac right? If not try this...
Change the screen resolution. To do this...
Right click on the background of your computer
Move to the tab settings
You'll see a little bar you can move left and right, that's how you can adjust the screen reso.
Making it higher gives you more screen basically, making it smaller basically zooms in on your computer. Making your icons bigger as well, that's how you can tell you have a small screen reso. It will limit your view of your computer.
And, what internet browser are you using?
Also, hit the F11 key to make a window full screen...either of these helpfull at all?

I understand your frustration. The same thing happened to me (I use Firefox also) about a month or 2 ago. I have changed my screen resolution to every possible size, I've updated my browser and downloaded Chrome to try that. Nothing has changed. No matter what I try the window still shows up like this: cutoff screen3.jpg
The bottom and sides are cut off regardless of what I've tried.
I preferred it when the Webkinz screen became a seperate "pop-up", rather than a tab on my browser, it made it easier for me to play multiple accounts at once. But alas... nothing works.
The only solution is to use the link that so many others have suggested. It helps to know we're not alone.
My nephew, who we have dubbed a computer virus himself, had the same problem - run a virus scan! You too Bishop! Either that or if you have backed up your files and your computer has the ability you can do a restore to a previous state and that will fix the problem. There is a virus (sorry - can't remember the name ) that causes the internet browsers and some other programs to work inappropriately.
I had the same problem with Firefox until I used the above link. You may want to try to rotate between Internet explorer, Firefox and Chrome. There is always some part of WW that doesn't work with one browser that works with the next one.
