I purchased the Pharaoh costume on Oct 26th which is in the qualifying date of getting the correct costume. However when I call the number given out on the thread on the home page of WI (1-800-263-2311) I get a message that says this number can not be reached from my calling area. I emailed the eStore support and tried calling the Ganz customer support (1-866-932-5469) leaving a message of why I was calling with my callback number and have not gotten any results. Am I not contacting the right place? Please help!
