| | Unanswered: Contacting Ganz/Tech Support?
I had something weird happen, and I wanted to ask Ganz about it.
I looked under "Contact Us" just my question wasn't on the list. I found two questions that were close, and waited a day to get a response. Apparently there's supposed to by a "My question isn't on the list" option, but I can't find it!
I've checked the Guide, and been all over the "Contact Us" list, and can't find a way to write in and describe the problem.
Anyone know how to do this?
