skyhi5 is an unknown quantity at this point

Default Unanswered: Contacting Ganz on missing items

I first e-mailed Ganz with a list of missing items, they replied with a phone number to call them and a code number for my problem. I called last Friday, how long does it normally take for them to call you back to get your problem straightened out?

Did you use the support@webkinz.com? Good for you, you are lucky to have received a response at all, there are lots of us hanging in limbo about tech problems! I'm guessing they are dealing with all the Christmas issues first. I would call again, maybe try a different time of day? Good luck, hope you get your items back!

I have had been items go missing and have never received a response from Ganz after contacting them
